Pratibha Nayak comes qualified as civil engineer after working as a hydraulic structure designer for a brief period of time, she always wanted to have an identity of her own that’s when she decided to start NAKHSHA BUILDERS along with Mr. Vinay Shankar in April 2015 and she never looked back ever since.

Vinay Shankar is an MBA graduate from RV institute of Management & has completed executive education from IIM-B. Before entering the world of construction, he was successfully leading strategic edge consulting which catered to 20+ well established organizations.
